Once a student is accepted into our training, We take 100% responsibility for the student, to achieve their goal. NOTE:
1. We recommend the student to drop out from the program, If the student's performance on assignments is not up to class's average in first two weeks.
2. We recommend the student to drop out from the program, If the student misses a total of 5 classes and/or misses a total of 5 assignment submissions and/or student comes to class late on 5 occasions.
2. What are the minimum qualifications to apply for any course in StepIntoIT programs?
The minimum qualifications for any course under StepIntoIT program:
1. A Bachelor's degree.
2. Willing to devote 12 hours per day, for complete training duration.
3. I am from non-technical and non-computer background. Am I eligible to apply for the course?
Yes, whoever has "minimum qualifications" (See above FAQ) are eligible to apply.
But you will be accepted to the course only after clearing our selection process. (See below FAQ)
4. What is the selection process?
Our selection process for any course in StepIntoIT programs, follow below steps, after you enroll:
1. Telephonic interview.
2. Test assessment, which can be completed remotely.
3. One-on-One meeting with ZODHA's TraiMentor to go over the contract.
4. Confirmation or Rejection of application.
5. Do I need prior coding experience?
Nope. Coding experience is not required. But having exposure to any programming language during your Bachelors is an advantage.
6. How much does the course cost?
1. An admission fee of $1000 CAD.
Admission fee should be paid two weeks before the course starting date.
This admission fee would be refunded once student successfully completes first two weeks training.
2. Course fee: 50% of first year gross salary.
This fee can be paid in 6 or 12 or 24 equal payments, starting from the first month of employment.
If the total fee is paid within 6 months from employment start date, then there will be a discount of $5000 CAD.
If the total fee is paid between 7 months to 12 months from employment start date, then there will be a discount of $2500 CAD.
If the total fee is paid between 13 months to 24 months from employment start date, then there will be NO discount on the fee.
7. How long will it take to get a job after completion of training?
The "complete training period" for any course, in StepIntoIT programs, is 5 months.
90% of the student gets the first job offer within this "complete training period".
But for few students, they might take extra few months based on various conditions*.
Until now, NO student has taken more time than "complete training period" + 2 months.
8. What happens to students who can't find a job within a specified period of time?
Thanks to our selection process, we never had that situation until now.
Should there be an instance where the job is not found within the stipulated time,
we will work with them until they get the job OR ZODHA can offer a job for inhouse project. And the fee payment starts after the student gets the job.
9. Is the course full time?
Yes. All StepIntoIT programs are full time.
You need to dedicate all your time (at least 12 hours a day), Monday to Saturday for 5 months.
All our trainings are classroom based trainings. NOT online trainings.
10. How many students would be enrolled in each class?
The number of students varies from time to time.
There can be 1 to 25 students in each class.
11. Is online training available?
ZODHA prefers classroom-based training. But being agile, ZODHA may conduct online sessions, when necessary.

12. Can I search for a job outside Montreal, after completion of training?
Yes. We have few students who moved from Vancouver and Toronto for training and after the training,
they went back and got their job with ZODHA team help.
We will support you 100% to get the job in the city of your choice.
13. Can I get certification after completion of the course?
Yes. ZODHA will issue a certificate at the completion of the course. But, the certificate is NOT much value compare to what you learn.
14. I am currently working full time in a non-IT industry. How can I enroll and complete the course?
Before you apply, make sure you can spare more than 12 hours per day for this training (for the next 5 months) and then apply.
15. I am currently working full time in the IT industry and I would like to change my role. How can ZODHA help me?
In this case ZODHA may not help you as ZODHA believes that once you are in the IT industry you should be able to manage your career.

16. Do you have branch offices across Canada?
As of this moment, Trainings happen only at our Montreal facility.

19. I am not in Montreal. How do I enroll for the course?
Since our trainings are classroom-based training, you will need to move to Montreal for training, and once the training is completed,
you may move back to a city of your choice and apply for IT jobs.
